5. Social-Media / Social Plug-ins / Third Party Content

5.1 Google Maps

On our website, we use Google Maps to visualise our locations and give descriptions of how to get there. This feature is a service by Google Ireland Limited. A corporation that is legally registered after Irish law (Registering ID: 368047) and located in Gor-don House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”).

With this service, we can display interactive maps straight on our website and can provide you with the convenience of this feature without leaving our website.

Google guarantees through certifications according to the EU-U.S.-Privacy Shield (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active), that privacy policies by the European Union are fully respected even if data is pro-cessed in the USA.

Through your visit to our website Google receives the information of you using the map function on our site. Once you utilise the “Google Maps” function, Google saves on via your browser a cookie on your device. To display our location and give a de-scription of how to get there, your user settings and user data will be processed. It is not unlikely that Google uses servers in the U.S. for processing. The following data are transmitted :

· IP address

· Date and time of your request

· Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time

· Referrer (previously visited website)

· Access status/http status code

· The transmitted amount of data

· The website from which your request was issued

· Browser and version of the browser software

These data are transmitted even if you are using no Google account.

When you are logged into your Google account, your data will be automatically linked to your account. If you would like to omit this, please log out from Google before visit-ing our website. Google saves your data as user profiles and uses them for adver-tisement, research or a user-centred arrangement of their website. The rendering of data is primarily used to create user-specific advertisements (even for non-Google account users) and correlate your activities to your social network. You have the right to object to the creation of user profiles. But in that case, you will have to reach out to Google.

More information on the scope of data use and its processing through plug-in provid-ers can be found in the respected privacy policies. There you can find further infor-mation on your rights and setting options that enable more protection of your privacy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

5.2 Google Fonts

We are using Google Fonts on our website to display external character fonts. This feature is a service by Google Ireland Limited. A corporation that is legally registered after Irish law (Registering ID: 368047) and located in Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”).

Google guarantees through certifications according to the EU-U.S.-Privacy Shield (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active), that privacy policies by the European Union are fully respected even if data is pro-cessed in the USA.

To accurately display specific fonts on our website, a connection to Google servers in the US is established once you request and view our website. Through this process, the website from which your request was issued and therefore your IP address can be identified to transmit the appropriate display of a specific font.

The legal basis for our conduct is art. 6 I f) DS-GVO. Our interest is fully dedicated to the optimisation of our website and its online presence.

On our website, we use a so-called “Content Delivery Network” (CDN) by jsDelivr. Through this service, our online content like for example, large files, graphics or scripts, can be transmitted much faster. This is possible due to routing data through decentral-ised servers that are connected through the internet. Data is processed solely under the previously listed aspects of maintaining security and functionality of the Content Delivery Network. Therefore your browser connects to the server of the CDN. The net-work will recognise your IP address once you request our website.

The legal basis for our conduct is art. 6 I f) DS-GVO. Our interest is fully dedicated to the optimisation of our website and its online presence. You can find more information on privacy policies concerning the CDN here: https://www.jsdelivr.com/privacy-policy-jsdelivr-net.

We use googleAPI technologies on our website. These enable an optimised loading speed. GoogleAPIs are a service by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA. To provide optimal use of programme libraries on our website, a connection to Google servers in the US is formed. A CDN (Content Delivery Network) is used for this pro-cess. Through this process, the website your request came from and your IP address can be identified.

The legal basis for our conduct is art. 6 I f) DS-GVO. Our justified interest is fully ded-icated to the optimisation of our website and its online presence.

Google also offers further information but also the option to object to the use of your data. See the following links for more information: https://adssettings-google.com/au-thenticated and https://policies.google.com/privacy.

5.5.1 Webalizer

On our website, we use the web analysis service by Webalizer to have a statistical understanding of our users and their interaction with our online interaction. During this process, user behaviour is tracked, saved and evaluated. Based on this data, We-balizer creates graphical views of server-logfiles, such as the number of file/page re-quests, visits, etc.

The legal basis for our conduct is art. 6 I f) DS-GVO. Our justified interest is fully ded-icated to the optimisation of our website and its online presence. Furthermore, the web analysis software is used to track and analyse the user interaction with our online con-tent in a statistical manner. The information that this analysis creates is saved at the German provider www.mittwald.de. Third parties have no access to your data. Further information can be found at: https://www.mittwald.de/faq/service-informatio-nen/faq/datenschutz-alles-wichtige-zur-dsgvo
